Bond 23 delayed

Well, this is depressing. It appears that MGM’s financial woes will delay production on Bond 23. And I’m so eager to have something wash away the taste of Quantum of Solace!

Good news. Brocolli and Wilson are in talks with Sam Mendes to direct the next. See empire online and MI6.co.uk.

Apparently Daniel Craig, who worked with the director on “Road To Perdition”, is the driving force behind Mendes’ hiring due to the critical reception “Quantum of Solace” received.

With him on board an 2011 release is still possible

Then again you can still watch all 22 other Bond-films repeatedly, 24 if you count in NSNA and the older CR, to forget QOS.

Honestly, Flapflop, I saw that story but I find it doubtful. And I think Mendes doing action is going to be a little like Forster doing action. Do not want.
