The blog Something Old, Something New has an extensive review of Diamonds are Forever. The writer both loves the movie and finds it remarkably stupid. I adore DAF, and I enjoyed the review a lot, although I disagree on many points. Check it out.
No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to blog!

DAF is the worst of Connery mainly because it mars his Bond legacy somewhat.
It’s a ridiculous movie mired in the pop culture of its time. DAF was over hyped as Connery’s return, and it is his cheesiest film.
The cornball campy comedy Bond direction of the 70s BEGAN with DAF.
I love DAF. The truth is, the seeds for the campy Bond were planted in Goldfinger; it’s Guy Hamilton, who directed both movies, who pushed the series in that direction.
There are campy moments in DAF, but also some really excellent stuff, and I think Wint & Kidd work as scary killers; the fact that they’re camp actually adds to the scary.
